Justice Qazi Faez Essa is incompetent and unfit to hold his office and render equal justice to every citizen of the country. He is biased, prejudiced, self-possessed, self-opinionated, vindictive, conceited, narcissistic and even disliked by many of his colleagues for his verbosity, belligerence and making mockery of highly reputed as well as young lawyers.
He asked Sardar Lateef Khosa why is he calling himself 'Sardar'. This would not be allowed (chaley ga) in my court when one of his senior-most colleagues and also the acting Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Sardar Tariq Massod was sitting on the bench. It reflects his duplicity, ambiguity and controversial and prejudiced mindset.
