What PTI do if Bat symbol is lost

What PTI should do if Bat symbol is snatched from PTI? Many are asking this question.

I believe PTI immediately after this decision ho to Peshawer High Court and challenge all parties internal elections and election Symbol on some grounds, set by Supreme Court of Pakistan. If this can cause postponement of elections for a few Months, it is OK.

I believe this will cause a big stir in political arena and will force Parties to make their internal elections more transparent and members will get opportunities to participate in those elections.

Also PTI will be able to further strengthen its position.

PTI has already filed complaint in ECP but they haven't responded. They can take plea that after SCP order it is imperative to take a look at the matters relating to intra Party Elections of other parties particularly PMLN, PPP, JU, ANP and JI. ANP has just been allotted symbol without intra Party elections.
