He is fine. He was sick back in the days when left Pakistan and could have come back early but it was his political decision to come back at suitable time. Politicians make strategic moves all the time, nothing new. Benazir Bhutto was in exile for 8 years and was not even sick.Is he sick or got healthy? what about his platelets, you should be worried about his health more than the crowed and number of people.

He was physically healthy but mentally sick. Why did he flee Pakistan? Could it be a strategic move or was he simply cowardly enough to return to Pakistan?
Do not compare NS with BB please, BB was much intelligent, much smarter bold and wiser politician. She was in exile because of genuine threats and we saw what the threats were as she was martyred immediately after she came back.

Benazir was exiled by Musharaf, this is diiferent from pretending to be sick and once you are in London, you are enjoying coffee and shopping, not one day in hospital, no major procedure.....then you use your money to plan your return, your brother is PM but you dont return and wait till the deal is final, get all guarantees then return... what a brave fighter ... HAHAHA

You are mistaken, Benazir went in Nawaz era. The reason was same as Nawaz that his political opponent (Nawaz) will make false cases against her and will sent her to jail. If Nawaz was not sick, why Khan let him go. Courts clearly ask PTI government, do they have any objections on leeting Nawaz go and they raised no objection. Khan himself accepted that he let Nawaz go.
