usually its not, professional websites do not use free ssl
it depends how far you want to go in securing your websire and the length of the plan
even if its offered free, its always advised to go with the paid version
most ssl certificates are covered by the domain host, but again it depends on what kind of hosting plan you are using

SSL SSL hota hai.... Does not matter, it is free OR paid
I just check. insaf.pk is secured. They have SSL certificate
