When you offer Biryanis, and all the state machinery is supporting these Sicilian mafias, by giving the protocol, security, and all the facilities, naturally, people will come, but they will not vote for them.

Again, as I am saying for so many years, "as if the vote matters". I just wrote in a post that no matter how they are gathering them, in the end what matters for them is to create some optics and that is what they are doing. Do you think the observers write or report about Biryani or school teachers, students , patwaris etc? No they only say, "addressing to a large gathering" and that is all. Tomorrow when establishment will erect their puppets in government, they will have an excuse of them being popular, even though that too does not matter in today's Pakistan. They can simply pick anyone from street and make him PM; who is there to challenge or ask them.
