فقہ منیریہ میں تو فرض قرار دیا گیا ہے کہ ہر منیریہ اپنی زندگی میں ایک جج پر ضرور چڑھےجی اگر ساتھ فوج کا کپتان اپنے بیوی کے ہیض کی تصدیق شدہ رپورٹ عدالت میں جمع کروائے تو فقہ شریفیہ کے مطابق جائز ہے۔
