Actually, it can be right. However, after the demise of the Iranian President in an accident, Biden administration is also retracting on the back foot, as it is now under the pressure of the upcoming elections.
I also agree that not much will be done against Netanyahu and he may also get a pre-arrest bail, but, in the eyes of the world and specially the US public, Biden Administration will show its distance from Israeli policies.
Once the elections are over, the game will continue -- Business as usual
