جنگی جنون،بھارت نے جوہری ہتھیاروں میں پاکستان کو پیچھے چھوڑ دیا

بھارت نے جوہری اسلحے کی دوڑ میں رکنے یا سست ہونے کیلئے تیار نہیں ہے، بھارت نے پاکستان سے زیادہ ایٹمی ہتھیار تیار کرلیے۔

برطانوی نشریاتی ادارے بی بی سی (اردو) کی رپورٹ کے مطابق جنوبی ایشیاء میں جوہری ہتھیار وں کی دوڑ تیزی سے جاری ہے، بھارت نے پاکستان سے زیادہ ایٹمی ہتھیار تیار کرلیے ہیں، تاہم چین ابھی بھی بھارت سے زیادہ جوہری ہتھیاررکھنے والا ملک ہے۔

دنیا میں ہتھیاروں کی صورتحال اور عالمی سطح کا تجزیہ کرنے والے غیر ملکی ادارے اسٹاک ہوم انٹرنیشنل پیس ریسرچ انسٹی ٹیوٹ(سیپری) کی سالانہ رپورٹ کے مطابق بھارت کے پاس جوہری وار ہیڈز کی تعداد 172 ہے جبکہ پاکستان کے 170 وار ہیڈز موجودہیں، چین دونوں ممالک سے زیادہ 500 ایٹمی وار ہیڈز رکھنے والا ملک ہے۔

رپورٹ کے مطابق امریکہ، چین، روس، برطانیہ، پاکستان، انڈیا ، اسرائیل اور شمالی کوریااپنے جوہر ہتھیاروں کے ذخیرے کو مسلسل جدید بنانے میں مصروف ہیں، گزشتہ ایک سال کے دوران بھارت نے اپنے جوہری ہتھیاروں کی تعداد میں اضافہ کیا ہےجس کے بعد بھارت کے ایٹمی وار ہیڈز کی تعداد پاکستان سے بڑھ گئی ہے۔

سیپری کے مطابق گزشتہ سال امریکہ، برطانیہ، روس، چین، فرانس، پاکستان، انڈیا، اسرائیل اور شمالی کوریا کے مجموعی جوہری ہتھیاروں کی تعداد 12 ہزار 512 تھی جو سال 2024 میں کم ہوکر 12 ہزار 121 رہ گئی ہے۔

بھارت کے پاس گزشتہ برس انداز 164 وار ہیڈز تھے جن کی تعداد رواں برس بڑھ کر 172 ہوچکی ہے، پاکستان کے پاس گزشتہ برس بھی 170 وار ہیڈز تھے جس میں کسی قسم کا اضافہ نہیں ہوا، بھارت طویل فاصلے تک مار کرنے والے ہتھیاروں کی تعیناتی پر توجہ مرکوز کیے ہوئے ہے، یہ ایسے ہتھیار ہیں جو چین کو بھی نشانہ بناسکتے ہیں۔

چین کے جوہر ی اثاثوں میں ایک سال کے دوران 22 فیصد اضافہ ہوا اور یہ 410 سے 500 تک پہنچ گئے ہیں، چین نے جنوری 2024 تک اپنے 24 ایٹمی وار ہیڈز کو لانچروں میں نصب کردیا تھا۔
