- **Training**: Train security personnel and volunteers in crowd control techniques and emergency response.

6. **Enhanced Security**:
- **Comprehensive Security Plans**: Develop detailed security plans covering all aspects of the pilgrimage.
- **Emergency Drills**: Conduct regular emergency drills to ensure preparedness for any incidents.

7. **Pilgrim Education**:
- **Pre-Travel Briefings**: Provide comprehensive pre-travel briefings on what to expect and how to stay safe.

Very offensive, rude and callous comments by you.

".... their lives were useless..." ?
Really ?

Biggest mismanagement was and is from the greedy Saudi's who should suspend all Hajj and Umrah activities in the summer months. But that would mean loss of billions of dollars. Legally you cannot even work outside in Saudi from 11am to 3pm during the summer months, but they allow 3 million people to come in one place and literally get cooked !

Agar Saudiyon bhookay hain, hamaray logon mein to kuch aqal honi chaiye ke is garmi mein jaa ker marnay ki kya tuk hai?
