The ECP and now Qazi's arguments would be.

I took the bat symbols away, but ECP misrepresented my verdict.
The PTI candidates submitted their papers as PTI's members/candidates to ECP. Refused by ECP because according to them SCP declared PTI is not a political party.
When they re-submitted their papers with the names of PTI Nazriatis. ECP rejected their papers again on the basis of that they have already submitted documents as PTI candidates, therefore, they can not join Nazariati.
They declared Sahabzada as independent despite him submitting his papers as candidate of Sunni Itehad party. Therefore according to his first nomination papers he took part in the elctions as Sunni Itehad candidate and the party had one seat in the Parliament. It can be allocated reserved seats according to the rules.

ECP cannot play the game on all front using different and opposing arguments. Qazi Isa is going to be in a spin now, if he issue order against PTI.

Never ever in the history of Pakistan an any ECP go to courts against a political party. ECP is an institution. It shouldn't behave like a party or opponent of a party. Rather it should facilitate the parties to playe it's role in running the country but these thugs had made ECP as an opponents against PTI.

The point is very simple. Even if we consider that ECP misunderstood the decision of SCP on Bat Symbol and declared that PTI is not a political party. How it could deny Sahabzada's nomination papers as Sunni Itehad candidate!! There was no decision by SCP on Sunni Itehad. Therefore, it is very clear that ECP went beyond laws to stop PTI's candidates even joining Sunni Itehad and in advance blocked their way to get reserved seats.
Nothing else could be said about their decision to accept Sahabzada's papers as his own party's candidate.
PTI lawyers should have made this point forcefully in SCP. This would have blocked any attempts from Isa and his like minded judges to run with different decision against the laws, I am talking about written laws which Isa harped about during the case.
Once that established, which it is in the presence of nomination paper evidence in the name of Sunni Itehad. The party had a seat in the Parliament, if ECP didn't deny Sahabzada and rejected his papers and declared him unlawfully as independent.
PTI filled their papers as Sunni Itehad candidates within 3 days limit after elections. Therefore, Sunni Itehad had those seats as per written laws and cannot be denied the reserved seats.
This would had been my closing arguments in the SCP if I was representing PTI/Sunni Itehad.
