I have a bengali friend, him and his brothers are all named Ali, Hussain etc etc even though he is not shia Us ke saath bhi yehi hota hai.

Well there are hardly any shia's in the here anymore. Majority of them were kicked out on very short around 10 yrs ago. They see them as a threat to their stability and peace and rightly so.

They really hate them out here. Just a few days back 4 were shot dead in a shia masjid in Oman, majority attending were Pakistani and even the dead. Sad really

My wife was invited in a Shia Majlis because part of my name she follows is common in Shia.
