بریکنگ نیوز: سپریم کورٹ نے مبارک ثانی کیس کا فیصلہ سنا دیا

عدالت نے 6 فروری اور 24 جولائی کے فیصلوں سے متنازع پیراگراف حذف کر دیا۔ سپریم کورٹ نے علماء کرام کی تجاویز منظور کرلی۔

یاد رہے کہ متنازعہ فیصلے کے خلاف ڈی چوک سمیت ملک بھر میں احتجاج جاری تھا۔

چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسی نے علما کے سامنے ہتھیار ڈال دئیے

سپریم کورٹ میں نظر ثانی کے دوران دئیے گئے فیصلے کو اپنے چیمبر میں علما کرام سے ملاقات کے بعد تبدیل کر دیا اور پھر کمرہ عدالت میں آ کر وہی فیصلہ پڑھ کر سنا دیا۔

سپریم کورٹ کی طرف سے پہلے ایسا غلط فیصلہ سنانے، اُسے نظر ثانی میں برقرار رکھنے، اور پھر چیمبر میں علما کرام سے ملاقات کرنے اور وہاں ایسی غیر اعلانیہ ملاقات میں ایک فریق سے پوچھ کر فیصلہ لکھنے کے بعد چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسی، جسٹس امین الدین خان اور جسٹس نعیم افغان کو اب استعفی دیکر گھر چلے جانا چاہئیے۔

مذکورہ واقعات سے سپریم کورٹ اور چیف جسٹس کے عہدے کی تاریخ میں پہلی بار اتنی تذلیل کی گئی ہے۔ سپریم جوڈیشل کونسل کو بھی اِن تینوں ججوں کیخلاف فوری کاروائی کرنا چاہئیے۔
یہ ایک ماورا عدالت معائدہ ہے عدالتی فیصلہ نہیں۔

100% Correct. These bhaand mullahs do nothing but create division, hate and intolerance.
Lets see how these same bhaands react of tomorrow the west does the same with Muslims. They will be the first one making noise on how this is unfair and unjust

Who gave you, me or anyone else the authority to decide who is Muslim or not? If they believe they are Muslims, let them call themselves Muslims. There are much worse sects than Ahamdis that also call themselves Muslims and we and world doesn't seem to have an issue with that at all!

Deen of Allah is not so fragile that it needs protecting, specially from a nation full of hypocrites like us.
