قانون کے تحت پنجاب میں متوازی مسلح فورس بنے گی ہوگی، جس کے پاس من مانے چھاپوں، گشت تلاشی اور گرفتاریوں کی آڑ میں شہریوں کی روزمرہ زندگی میں دخل اندازی کے وسیع اختیارات ہونگے

پانچ منٹ میں منظور شدہ اس بل کے تحت پنجاب میں نئی اتھارٹی

بنے گی جسکی چیئرپرسن وزیراعلٰٰی مریم نواز ہونگی۔

اسکی اپنی فورس، تھانے(انفورسمنٹ اسٹیشن)اور پراسیکیوٹرز ہونگے۔ اس نئی فورس کو پنجاب میں پولیس اور کاؤنٹر ٹیررازم ڈیپارٹمنٹ کے اختیارات پر قبضہ سے تعبیر کیا جارہا ہے۔

ایک سیاسی جماعت کی خوشنودی کی خاطر ملک کو کس سمت لے جایا جا رہا ہے۔ تشویشناک صورت حال ہے۔

پنجاب اسمبلی کی طرف سے پرائس کنٹرول، ذخیرہ اندوزی، غیر قانونی تجاوزات کے خاتمے اور سرکاری زمینوں کو غیر قانونی قابضین سے چھڑوانے کے لئےمنظورکئے جانے والے ’’پنجاب انفورسمنٹ اینڈ ریگولیشن ایکٹ2024‘‘ کا بل پیش ہونے سے قبل اسمبلی کی سپیشل کمیٹی نمبر ون کی سفارش پر کئی اہم تبدیلیاں کی گئیں۔

جنگ رپورٹ کے مطابق نئی انفورسمنٹ فورس کے انفورسمنٹ سٹیشن تھانوں کی طرز پر ہونگے اور اس کے اہلکاروں کو سارجنٹ کہا جائے گا۔انفورسمنٹ اسٹیشنز میں حوالات اور ڈپو بھی بنائے جائیں گے جہاں مال مقدمہ محفوظ کیا جائے گا۔

انفورسمنٹ فورس کی الگ وردی ہو گی اسلحہ اور گاڑیاں ہونگی ابتدائی طور پر پولیس سے افسران اور ملازمین کو ڈیپوٹیشن پر لیا جائے گا۔

ہر تحصیل میں ایک یا زیادہ انفورسمنٹ سٹیشن بنائے جائیں گے اور انفورسمنٹ فورس ڈسٹرکٹ سطح پر ڈپٹی کمشنر کے براہ راست ماتحت ہو گی

اتھارٹی کے قیام سے ڈپٹی کمشنرز مزید بااختیار ہو جائیں گے اور انھیں قبضہ مافیا کے خلاف کارروائی کیلئے پولیس کے مرہون منت نہیں رہنا پڑے گا انفورسمنٹ فورس میں لیڈی پولیس اہلکار بھی شامل ہونگی۔​

Federal security force (FSF) was a very good idea to block kahki khenzeers from implementing martial law. if we have a very strong FSF for security of public representatives, parliament, senate, supreme court, PTV, radio Pakistan and other important installations in Islamabad, Khaki khenzeers will never be able to impose martial law. Now whenever a duffer khenzeer generals wants he asks 111 brigade and a khenzeer brigadier moves and arrests prime minister without any retaliation. If we have a strong FSF, such 111 brigades can be treated like terrorists which they actually are.

almost every country has some agencies like FSF. no country in the world operates like Pakistan where army controls everything. and FSF can not impose martial law because agencies like FSF does not have that much force, but they can easily resist a martial law for few hours and meanwhile public comes out just like happened in turkey. India has their own SPG, US has secret services.
