Paid for Thread Promotion but Service Not Delivered – No Response from Admi

I am writing to bring attention to an issue I’ve faced as a member of this platform. Recently, I posted a thread titled "حکایت رومی: پرندے کی تین نصیحتیں"
Link at the bottom). Following the site's advertised offer, I paid $20 through PayPal to have my thread promoted for 24 hours.

However, despite making the payment on the 6th of November 2024, my thread was never promoted. I reached out to the admin team via email on November 6 with my receipt and all relevant details, but I have yet to receive a response or any action taken on my request.

In light of the unresponsiveness, I have also lodged a complaint with PayPal for not receiving the promised service. I am now posting this here to:

1. Inform other members who might consider paying for thread promotion.
2. Request the administration team to address this issue by either promoting my thread as initially promised or refunding my payment.

I value the discussions and community here, but I believe transparency and fulfilling commitments are essential for maintaining trust. I hope this matter can be resolved soon.
