Inn ki mufadparasti apni jaggah lekin its a open secret that Army establishment is against MQM. Therefore its highly doubtful that they were handed over those seats by establishment.

Other than MQM no other party owns the Urdu speaking community, therefore they end up getting the vote in those areas (despite their poor performance).
