چین اور امریکہ جنگ اب پاکستانی وسائل پر ہو رہی ہے۔ اگر امریکہ زیادہ وسائل قابو کرجاتا ہے تو چین کے لیئے مشکلات ہونگی اور اگر چین اپنی چودراہٹ قائم کرلیتا ہے تو امریکہ کو اسکے بعد ورلڈ ٹریڈ آرگنائزیشن سے بھی بڑا جھٹکا لگے گا۔

پاکستان کی انڈسٹری جیسے اپنے ۲۰۰۶ کے ایف ٹی اے کے بعد دھبڑ دھوس ہوگئی، اسکے بعد تو اب چھولے بھی نہیں بچنے بیچنے کے لیئے۔ ہم یا تو پٹے پر چین کے پاس جائینگے یا پھر آئی ایم ایف کے خاکروب بنیں گے۔

اس سب میں عمران خان صرف ایک بلیک میلنگ کا مہرہ بنا ہوا ہے۔ اسکے نام پر امریکہ کبھی بھی ہم پر پابندیاں عائد کرسکتا ہے اور پاکستانی انڈسٹری کو امریکہ، یورپ اور حتیٰ کہ مشرقِ وسطیٰ کی بھی کئی ریاستوں کی مارکیٹ سے ہاتھ دھونے پڑ جائیں گے۔

چین سے پنگا مول لیں گے تو اپنی بندرگاہوں سے جائیں گے اور ساتھ ہی چین کی مارکیٹ سے بھی۔ یاد رہے، پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی ایکسپورٹ مارکیٹ امریکہ ہے، لیکن اس کے بعد دوسری بڑی مارکیٹ اب چین ہے۔

تیسری جانب پتہ کروا کہ یورپی یونین والے آج کل انڈیا کے ساتھ کیا گیم کھیل رہے ہیں؟ سُنا ہے کہ انکے درمیان کسی فری ٹریڈ ایگریمنٹ کی باتیں چل رہی ہیں۔ اگر ایسا ہوگیا تو پھر پاکستان کو اپنا جی ایس پی پلس اسٹیٹس بھی بھول جانا پڑے گا۔

یعنی اسکے بعد کتوں سے بدتر حالت ہونے والی ہے اس حکومت کی۔

چینی سکیورٹی پر آپ کی اطلاعات ضرورت سے زیادہ اونچی اڑ رہی ہیں - آپے نیچے آ جایں گیں - چین اس طرح آپریٹ کرتا نہیں -- باقی میں نے بہت عرصہ پہلے کہا تھا کہ پاکستان کے لئے امریکہ کی ون ونڈو پالیسی اب چین نے لے لی ہے - وہ بھی اب فوج سے ڈائریکٹ بات کرنا پسند کرتے ہیں

ابھی پچھلے ہفتے کی رپورٹ بتا رہا ہوں۔ پاکستانی فوجیوں کو بھی چین کی سائٹس پر بغیر سیکیورٹی کلیئرنس نہیں جانے دے رہے۔ اب تجھے کیا یہاں سیکیورٹی پاس دکھاوٗں ان لوگوں کے؟

اور یہ کوئی پہلی مرتبہ نہیں ہورہا۔ جب شمسی ائیر بیس امریکیوں کے پاس تھی تب بھی یہی حالات تھے۔ ​

بگرام پر کوئی چینی قبضہ نہیں یہ افغانی پخپلوں کے پاس ہی ہے - طالبانوں کے علاوہ افغانستان پر کوئی اور کامیاب حکومت نہیں - نہ انہیں امریکا چھیڑے گا نہ پاکستان نہ چین - پاکستانی ان کو صرف اپنے خوارجی کتوں کو لگام ڈالنے پر مجبور کرے گا - اور کر رہا ہے - تورخم ہفتے بھر سے بند ہے اور یہ بہترین طریقہ ہے طالبانوں مجبور کرنے کا - طالبان اس وقت اپنی کمزور ترین حکومت چلا رہے ہیں اور یہ پابندیاں اندر بند افغانیوں کو ان کے خلاف بغاوت پر اکسا سکتی ہیں

ایک سائیڈ پکڑ راجے، یا تو بول کہ امریکہ پاکستان کی مدد سے بگرام حاصل کرنا چاہتا ہے، یا پھر بول کہ کسی کو بگرام نہیں چاہیئے۔ اب اگر امریکہ پاکستان کی مدد سے بگرام حاصل کرنا چاہتا ہے تو چاچو وہسکی اسکی ضرورت بن سکتا ہے، جیسے تو پہلے کہہ رہا تھا۔

لیکن اگر ایسا نہیں، جیسے تو اب کہہ رہا ہے، تو پھر چاچو وہسکی کی امریکہ کو اب کیا ضرورت؟

اور یہ طورخم کی گیم مجھ سے زیادہ تو نہیں جانتا ہوگا۔ میں اس بارڈر سے پچھلے بیس سال سے واقف ہوں۔ جب فوجیوں اور ایف سی والوں نے اپنی دیہاڑیاں لگانی ہوتی ہیں تو یہ بارڈر بند کر دیئے جاتے ہیں اور بھتے پر دوسرے راستے کھول دیئے جاتے ہیں جن سے کھل کر آٹا، گھی، تیل اور چینی افغانستان اسمگل ہوتے ہیں۔
رمضانوں سے پہلے یہ متوقع تھا۔ اب اس کمائی سے یہ سب اپنے روزوں اور عید کا بندوبست کرینگے​

اوہو، تو تو جذباتی ہوگیا۔ دیکھ یار، جہاں یہ بِل امریکی کانگریس میں پیش کیا گیا ہے وہیں جینٹری بیچ کا پُتر بھی پاکستان آیا ہے اور وزیر خزانہ اور اسٹیٹ بینک گورنر سے ملاقات کر کے گیا ہے بلکہ دوسری جانب ابو ظہبی سے بھی ولی عہد آیا ہوا تھا۔

چین اور امریکہ جنگ اب پاکستانی وسائل پر ہو رہی ہے۔ اگر امریکہ زیادہ وسائل قابو کرجاتا ہے تو چین کے لیئے مشکلات ہونگی اور اگر چین اپنی چودراہٹ قائم کرلیتا ہے تو امریکہ کو اسکے بعد ورلڈ ٹریڈ آرگنائزیشن سے بھی بڑا جھٹکا لگے گا۔

پاکستان کی انڈسٹری جیسے اپنے ۲۰۰۶ کے ایف ٹی اے کے بعد دھبڑ دھوس ہوگئی، اسکے بعد تو اب چھولے بھی نہیں بچنے بیچنے کے لیئے۔ ہم یا تو پٹے پر چین کے پاس جائینگے یا پھر آئی ایم ایف کے خاکروب بنیں گے۔

اس سب میں عمران خان صرف ایک بلیک میلنگ کا مہرہ بنا ہوا ہے۔ اسکے نام پر امریکہ کبھی بھی ہم پر پابندیاں عائد کرسکتا ہے اور پاکستانی انڈسٹری کو امریکہ، یورپ اور حتیٰ کہ مشرقِ وسطیٰ کی بھی کئی ریاستوں کی مارکیٹ سے ہاتھ دھونے پڑ جائیں گے۔

چین سے پنگا مول لیں گے تو اپنی بندرگاہوں سے جائیں گے اور ساتھ ہی چین کی مارکیٹ سے بھی۔ یاد رہے، پاکستان کی سب سے بڑی ایکسپورٹ مارکیٹ امریکہ ہے، لیکن اس کے بعد دوسری بڑی مارکیٹ اب چین ہے۔

یہ ساری بات بہت اچھی ہے - اس سے میں ڈس آگری نہیں کرتا - میری خواہش ہے کہ پاکستان چین کے ساتھ جڑے اور اس اگریسو فیض میں جاۓ جس میں چین اور روس جا رہے ہیں
جہاں تک پاکستانی انڈسٹری کا تعلق ہے ہم جتنے نالائق ہو چکے ہیں اس نالائقی سے نکلتے نکلتے ہمیں ١٠ سال لگنے ہیں - اتنا عرصہ ہم آرام سے چین کی انڈسٹری پاکستان کی سرزمین پر چلا کر کم از کم مزدور کو بھرتی کریں
