I don't think that he is living in a fool's paradise, but the ones who believe him

This is the gimmick game they are adept at playing. This is Year on Year (YoY) inflation rate they are projecting. The cumulative effect of inflation in the past two years crosses over 46.7%.

Simple to understand. In year one, I raise the price of something costing Rs 100 by 100 %. The next year, its price will be Rs 200. Now if I again raise Rs 100 on it, then the inflation rate with respect to the previous year will be 50%, whereas the new price will be Rs 300 in the 2nd year. This is known as the High Base Rate fallacy.

And therefore, anyone who believes him is either a total nincompoop or a beneficiary of this loot sale of the country.
