Dear Waseem,

A colleague of mine has brought to my attention another abusive post by an offender who has currently been banned. I have taken the screenshot by mobile and have struggled to capture the full image due to the large font used by the offender. The reason for drawing your attention to this is; despite a large number of moderators it appears that such abusive posts engaging in personal attacks on members are going completely unnoticed without any action by those monitoring the forum. Please could you strengthen the moderating mechanism of such abusive posts to ensure that action is taken ASAP
