Islam teaches that Allah, in His wisdom and mercy, sent prophets to every nation throughout history to guide humanity to the truth. As Allah says in the Qur’an:
“And We certainly sent into every nation a messenger, [saying], ‘Worship Allah and avoid ṭāghūt (false gods).’”
(Sūrah An-Naḥl 16:36)
Each prophet was sent with a message suited to their people and time, calling them to the worship of one true God. From Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, Jesus, and others, all were sent with the message of Tawḥeed (Oneness of God). The final messenger, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was sent to all of humanity as the Seal of the Prophets.
Allah tells us:
“Indeed, those who believed and those who were Jews or Christians or Sabeans, those [among them] who believed in Allah and the Last Day and did righteousness , will have their reward with their Lord, and no fear will there be concerning them, nor will they grieve.”
(Sūrah Al-Baqarah 2:62)

Well Allah also explicitly states if you are to be a believer you have to believe in all his books and all his messengers, which of course include the Quran and Prophet Muhammad.
48:13 "And whoever does not believe in Allah and His Messenger—then indeed, We have prepared for the disbelievers a Blaze."
4:136 O believers! Have faith in Allah, His Messenger, the Book He has revealed to His Messenger, and the Scriptures He revealed before. Indeed, whoever denies Allah, His angels, His Books, His messengers, and the Last Day has clearly gone far astray.
So clearly saying that after Prophet came and the Quran was revealed one has to believe in both of them too. Otherwise the Jews technically are more Muslim than us Muslims. There monotheism is much purer and stronger than traditional Muslims and unlike traditional Muslims there is no hero worship and celebrity status of their two most revered Prophets Ibrahim and Musa. You will not find them following any hadith and sunnah of Ibrahim and Musa. Aur saying durood on them, or any of them included in their prayers etc etc

Agree with everything except this part. Because the Quran says to follow the millat/creed of Ibrahim so clearly those are still in place.

Where is it written that only the followers of the Messenger Mohammad would be Muslims., I may have missed it in the Quran.
By the way, do we need to profess that "There is no Deity but Allah and Mohammad is the messenger of Allah" to become a Muslim?
