Agree that these elections are pointless, less then 6 months left until govt finishes term. But nonetheless it does give an indication of voter intentions.

Will it not be hard to prove that in court? Ie if CM says I dissolved it on my own, how can his statement be refuted? Possibility they can bring up previous statements where CM was saying he didn’t want to dissolve assembly, but it would be his last statement and action which would take...
