By the way, his passport is cancelled so he is no more a citizen of Pakistan. He can't take oath even if Lohar High Court rules in favor of him.

And cancellation of passport was processed under the prevalent laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Thanks.

Government can not revoke citizenship of any citizen.
