“[…] I find that my continuing to to hear the said petitions is of no avail. However, I leave it to the Worthy Chief Justice to decide my retention in the present bench hearing the said petitions.”

Athar Minallah, on the other hand, had different issues and didn’t object on Suo Moto, he rather proposed a very different question; whether the assembly should have been dissolved or not. The law minister’s logic is not making sense by any means.

To be honest, I am a little depressed….

….that out education system is producing specimens like yourself, who appear to have a decent command over the English language, but have issues understanding a simple line that says “by a majority of 3:2”, and instead read it as 4:3.

I don’t know, maybe you skipped school the day they taught basic counting and you never caught up?
