اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ نے اسد عمر کے کونسے 2 ٹویٹس ڈیلیٹ کرنیکا حکم دیا؟

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے پی ٹی آئی رہنما اسد عمر کو فوری رہا کرنے کا حکم دے دیا اور ٹویٹس بھی ڈیلیٹ کرنیکی ہدایت کردی ہے۔

اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے تھری ایم پی او کے تحت اسد عمر کی گرفتاری کالعدم قرار دے دی اور انہیں فوری رہا کرنے کا حکم دیا۔

عدالت نے اسد عمر کو پُر تشدد احتجاج کا حصہ نہ بننے کا بیانِ حلفی جمع کرانے کا حکم بھی دیا اور اسد عمر کو ٹوئٹس بھی ڈیلیٹ کرنے کی ہدایت کی۔

جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب نے کہا کہ بیانِ حلفی کی خلاف ورزی ہوئی تو اسد عمر سیاسی کیریئر بھول جائیں۔

اپنے ایک ٹویٹ میں اسد عمر کہتے ہیں کہ پاکستان کے تمام شہروں میں عوام بڑی تعداد میں نکل آئے ہیں اور تعداد بڑھتی جا رہی ہے۔ قوم آج اپنے زندہ ہونے کا ثبوت دے گی

دوسرے ٹویٹ میں اسدعمر کا کہنا تھا کہ پاکستان کے سب سے بڑے سیاسی لیڈر کو ہائی کورٹ پر حملہ کر کے گرفتار۔ پوری دنیا کو دکھایا جا رہا ہے کہ ملک میں کوئی قانون باقی نہیں۔ شاہ محمود قریشی کی سربراہی میں 6 رکنی کمیٹی جو عمران خان صاحب نے بنائی تھی وہ لائحہ عمل کا اعلان کرے گی
