CM of a provincial assembly can dissolve the assembly.The constitution has given him the power.No one challenged the dissolution of Punjab and KPK assemblies.Mid-term elections take place in every parliamentary system.In Israel five elections have been held since 2019.PDM made a serious mistake when it started delaying elections using ridiculous excuses.

Good job for upholding the constituion. If they would have not thrown Qasim Suri's verdict then today the country was in much better position.

So soorry . We can can feel your pain regarding this decision. But please do not lose hope; Billo is soon going to carry out his threats of martial law and will strive to defy the court's decision.
If bandial or other judges will act against the constitution and democracy at some stage, they will be criticized and condemned as much as they are praised for this pro-democracy decision. PPP cronies and other hypocrite liberals need not worry much.
