Bhai, plz read the article again, before Alvi acts on your advice and bags some more embarrassment in his luggage.

Article 57 is only for Parliament and specifies only the PM, MNAs, Minister of State + Attorney General. It does not confer any such right upon the President to interfere in any such proceedings, neither it is applicable to the intra-departmental proceedings of an independent institution, such as Election Commission.
