اپیکس کمیٹی:پاکستان سے غیر ملکیوں کونکالنے اور جائیدادیں قرق کرنے کافیصلہ

اپیکس کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں پاکستان سے غیر قانونی طور پر مقیم تمام غیرملکیوں کو ملک بدر کرنے اور ان کی جائیدادیں قرق کرنے کا فیصلہ کرلیا گیا جبکہ آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر نے پاکستانیوں کے تحفظ پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ پاکستانی شہریوں کی جان و مال اور فلاح و بہبود دنیاوی مفاد سے مقدم ہے۔

نگران وزیراعظم انوارالحق کاکڑ کی زیرصدارت اپیکس کمیٹی کا اجلاس اسلام آباد میں ہوا، جس میں آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر سمیت انٹیلی جنس اداروں کے سربراہوں نے شرکت کی۔

ذرائع کے مطابق ایپکس کمیٹی اجلاس میں ملک میں امن و امان کی صورتحال پربریفنگ دی گئی، اور نیشنل ایکشن پلان کے تحت غیرقانونی غیرملکیوں کے حوالے سے اہم فیصلے کیے گئے۔


ذرائع کے مطابق پاکستان میں غیرقانونی طورپرمقیم تمام غیرملکیوں کی واپسی کے لیے ٹائم لائن طے کرلی گئی، پاکستان میں غیرقانونی طور پر مقیم تمام غیرملکیوں کو ملک بدر کرنے کا حتمی فیصلہ کرلیا گیا، پاکستان میں غیر قانونی غیرملکیوں کو ملک سے نکل جانے کے لیے حتمی ڈیڈ لائن دیے جانے کا امکان ہے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق تمام غیرقانونی غیرملکی متوقع ڈیڈ لائن تک تمام اثاثے فروخت کرنے، اپنے وطن واپسی کے پابند ہوں گے اور ڈیڈ لائن ختم ہونے پر غیر ملکیوں کو ملک بدر، جائیدادیں کرکی کر دی جائیں گی۔

ذرائع نے بتایا کہ افغان شہری قانونی طور پر اجراء کردہ ڈیجیٹائزڈ ”ای-تزکیرہ“ پر ہی پاکستان کا سفر کر سکیں گے اور صرف ”پروف آف رجسٹریشن“ کے حامل افغان مہاجرین ہی پاکستان میں سکونت کے اہل ہوں گے۔

ذرائع کے مطابق باقاعدہ قانونی ویزا کے حامل افغان شہری بھی پاکستان کا سفر کرنے کے اہل ہوں گے جبکہ پاکستان میں مقیم تمام غیرقانونی افغان مہاجرین اور شہریوں کو بھی ممکنہ ڈیڈ لائن تک اپنے ملک واپس جانا ہو گا۔

ذرائع کے مطابق آرمی چیف جنرل عاصم منیر نے آج کی اپیکس کمیٹی کے اجلاس میں زور دے کر کہا کہ ایک پاکستانی شہری کی جان و مال اور فلاح و بہبود کسی بھی دوسرے ملک اور کسی بھی دنیاوی مفاد سے مقدم ہے۔

Apart from Afghanis, there will be people from Burma (Rohingyas), East Pakistanis & Afghans.
There will be 3rd generation born here be, they were never given a chance to rectify their situation, based on this theory everyone will be considered illegal. We don't need to become the worst country in the world.

i get your point but Pak is neither a western type country, nor we have population shortage, these afghani migrants were never admitted with the idea that their next generations will be given nationalities

pak situation in this regard is much different to western countries who need migrants

Western nahi hain tu kya hua, musalman tu hain. what is the identity of a youngster (Afghan/Rohingya/Burmese/Bengali or any other nationality) whose grandfather came here for whatever reason?

All what I am saying is due process should be followed. govt failed to register/provide them a status (refugee/illegal or Pakistani)
