Zardari and Sharif are seen as subservient to the military, which in turn is influenced by international establishments. These leaders are perceived as tools to keep the Pakistani people oppressed. To truly empower the people of Pakistan, the military's influence needs to be reformed. Once this happens, the citizens will naturally be able to elect reliable and honest politicians.
