سابق خاتون اول بشریٰ بی بی نے خدشہ ظاہر کیا ہے کہ جیل میں عمران خان کو زہر دیا جاسکتا ہے، ان کے ساتھ جیل میں غیرانسانی سلوک آئین کے آرٹیکل 9 اور14 کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔

بشری بی بی نے چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کی جیل میں سیکیورٹی کے حوالے سے اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ سے رجوع کر لیا ہے۔

سابق خاتون اول نے اپنے وکیل کے ذریعےعدالت میں درخواست جمع کرائی ہے جس میں کہا گیا ہے کہ جیل میں میرے شوہر کو زہر دیئے جانے کاخدشہ ہے۔

بشریٰ بی بی نے اپنی درخواست میں مؤقف پیش کیا کہ چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کو گھر کے کھانے کی اجازت نہیں دی گئی، جب کہ ماضی میں قیدیوں کو سہولت دی جاتی رہی ہے۔

درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی ہے کہ ذمہ دار میڈیکل افسر کے ذریعے عمران خان کو خالص خوراک کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنایا جائے، ملاوٹ زدہ خوراک ان کی زندگی کے لیے نقصان دہ ہو سکتی ہے۔

بشریٰ بی بی نے مؤقف اختیار کیا کہ سابق وزیراعظم کو جیل مینوئل کے مطابق وہ سہولیات بھی نہیں دی جا رہیں جس کے وہ حقدار ہیں، ان کے ساتھ جیل میں غیرانسانی سلوک آئین کے آرٹیکل 9 اور14 کی خلاف ورزی ہے۔

درخواست میں استدعا کی گئی ہے کہ چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کو جیل میں واک اور ایکرسائز کی سہولت فراہم کی جائے، اور جیل میں سہولیات کی فراہمی سے متعلق عدالتی حکم پر عمل درآمد کرایا جائے۔

I have written it here for a gazillion times maybe, "follow that person against whom the agencies of this country go because that person is a gem, brave and clean. They can handle very very easily those who are financially or morally corrupt, that is no problem for them, but for the pure ones, they come up with such stupid references and allegations of being agent, being non-believer and part of the mafia etc."
The day agencies used the puppet government to file a reference against Faiz isa, that very day, it was clear that they want to pressurize him, want him to learn a lesson of writing a decision against their wishes etc etc. Then the way he kept standing among all the bullshit and abuse by the ONE PAGERS and Havaldars, just goes on to show that he is at least better than the favorites like Bandiyals etc.
What he will do, will decide about his legacy but what he has already done is better than whole tenure of other CJs.
