راولپنڈی: فوجیوں کو بغاوت پر اکسانے کے الزام میں پاک فوج کے لیفٹیننٹ کرنل (ریٹائرڈ) اکبر حسین کا کورٹ مارشل کرکے انہیں سزا سنادی گئی۔

آئی ایس پی آر کے مطابق فوجی اہلکاروں کو بغاوت پر اکسانے کے الزام میں پاکستان آرمی کے ریٹائرڈ افسر لیفٹیننٹ کرنل اکبر حسین کو پاکستان آرمی ایکٹ 1952 کے تحت جنرل کورٹ مارشل کے ذریعے سزا سنائی گئی ہے۔

مجاز عدالت نے انہیں ان الزامات میں ‘قصوروار’ قرار دیتے ہوئے قانونی عدالتی عمل کے ذریعے 10 مئی 2024 کو 14 سال کی سخت قید کی سزا سنائی، جس کے تحت 26 جولائی 2024 کو ان کا رینک بھی ضبط کر لیا گیا ہے۔

اس سے پہلے جاسوسی، ریاست کی سلامتی اور مفادات کے منافی اقدامات پر سابق میجر (ریٹائرڈ) عادل فاروق راجہ اور سابق کپتان (ریٹائرڈ) حیدر رضا مہدی کو بھی فوجی جنرل کورٹ مارشل کے ذریعے پاکستان آرمی ایکٹ 1952 کے تحت بغاوت پر اکسانے اور سرکاری راز ایکٹ 1923 کی خلاف ورزی کے الزامات میں سزا سنائی گئی تھی۔

مجاز عدالت نے دونوں عادل فاروق راجہ اور حیدر رضا مہدی کو 7 اور 9 اکتوبر 2023 کو قانونی عدالتی عمل کے ذریعے قصوروار قرار دیا اور انہیں بالترتیب 14 اور 12 سال کی سخت قید کی سزا سنائی۔ دونوں افراد کے رینک بھی 21 نومبر 2023 سے ضبط کر لیے گئے تھے۔

OMG!!!! Some lawn furniture was burned. What a devastating attack on the "state" they should nuke all of Pakistan turn it into glass just in case there are still some these lawn furniture burning terrorists left somewhere.

If you want to see something in a particular way, it won't become a reality. In March, when officers went to deliver notice of Imran Khan's arrest, Imran Khan refused to receive the notice. In order to avoid arrest, Imran Khan had the activists attack the LEAs with petrol bombs. This is all part of the record. It doesn't matter whether one believes it or not. It really does not.

If Imran Khan wanted, he would have been arrested in a dignified manner like Shah Mahmood Qureshi and Ali Mohammad Khan, like all other politicians have been arrested.

As far as interference in politics is concerned, siasatdan hamesha apna kandha faraham karte rahe hain. Imran Khan used the army to crush the opposition. Now to save themselves from Imran Khan, N league apna kandha faraham kar rahe hai. As long as politicians believe in solo flight and fight among themselves, this will continue to happen. And in my opinion, the biggest obstacle in the unity amongst the political forces is the existence of Imran Khan.

Now if we all want the same thing on repeat then yah go on and keep defending the establishment but if we actually want army at their right place and want the country rid of hybrid regime the you got to accept the fact that the real enemy is establishment as long they keep intervening where they don't belong
