این اے 97 تاندلیانوالہ میں "ری کاونٹنگ" کا کیس سماعت کیلئے مقرر، جسٹس امین الدین خان، جسٹس نعیم اختر افغان بینچ میں شامل۔

3نشستوں کی ری کاونٹنگ والا کیس 3 رکنی بینچ نے سنا، چیف جسٹس اور جسٹس نعیم اختر افغان نے ری کاونٹنگ درست قرار دی، جسٹس عقیل عباسی نے اختلاف کیا۔

اب اگلے ہفتے سپریم کورٹ میں ایک 3 رکنی بینچ موجود ہے (جسٹس منصور علی شاہ، جسٹس جمال مندوخیل، جسٹس اطہر من اللہ)۔ لیکن ری کاونٹنگ کیس 2 رکنی بینچ میں لگا۔
