توشہ خانہ کا 2002 سے اب تک کا ریکارڈ پبلک، کس نے کیاحاصل کیا؟

وفاقی حکومت نے ملکی تاریخ میں پہلی بار 2002 سے اب تک کا توشہ خانہ کا ریکارڈ جاری کردیا ہے جس میں 2002 سے اب کے تمام سربراہان کی جانب سے لیے گئے تحائف کی تفصیلات پبلک کی گئی ہیں۔

تفصیلات کے مطابق حکومت کی جانب سے446 صفحات پر مبنی دستاویز ویب سائٹ پر جاری کی گئی ہیں، دستاویزات کے مطابق سابق صدر مملکت پرویز مشرف، آصف علی زرداری، سابق وزرائے اعظم شوکت عزیز، یوسف رضا گیلانی، راجا پرویز اشرف، نواز شریف، عمران خان ، موجودہ صدر مملکت عارف علوی اور وزیراعظم شہباز شریف بھی توشہ خانہ سے تحائف لینے والے سربراہان میں شامل ہیں۔

ریکارڈ کے مطابق 2004 میں جنرل پرویز مشرف کو 6 لاکھ روپے مالیت کے تحائف ملے، جبکہ 2005 میں انہیں 5 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی بیش قیمت گھڑی تحفہ میں ملی جبکہ اس کے علاوہ انہیں درجنوں جیولری باکسزاور گھڑیاں بھی تحفہ میں ملیں جنہیں سابق صدر نے قانون کے مطابق ادائیگی کرکے اپنے پاس رکھ لیا، پرویز مشرف کی اہلیہ کو 2003 میں 26 لاکھ روپے سے زائد مالیت کا ایک جیولری باکس تحفہ میں ملا تھا۔

سابق وزیراعظم میر ظفر اللہ خان جمالی کو تحفہ میں خانہ کعبہ کا ایک ماڈل ملا تھا جسے انہوں نے وزیراعظم ہاؤس میں نصب کردیا، سابق وزیراعظم شوکت عزیز کو 2005 ساڑھے 8 لاکھ روپے مالیت کی ایک گھڑی تحفہ میں ملی جسے3 لاکھ 55 ہزار میں نیلا م کردیا گیا، شوکت عزیز نے سینکڑوں کی تعداد میں توشہ خانہ تحائف کی مالیت10 ہزار روپے سے کم بتا کر بغیر کوئی ادائیگی کیے اپنے پاس رکھ لیا۔

مسلم لیگ ن کے رہنما امیر مقام کو اسی سال میں ایک گھڑی تحفہ میں ملی جس کی مالیت5 لاکھ روپے بتائی گئی۔

2008 میں سابق نواز شریف کو ایک مرسیڈیز گاڑی تحفہ میں ملی جس کی مالیت42 لاکھ 55 ہزار روپے ظاہر کرکے6لاکھ 36 ہزار سے زائد کی ادائیگی کرکے تحفہ رکھ لیا گیا،2013 میں میاں نواز شریف کو رولیکس گھڑی کا ایک سیٹ ملا ، جس کی مالیت12 لاکھ 25 ہزار روپے ظاہر کرکے2 لاکھ43 ہزار کی ادائیگی پر اپنے پاس رکھ لیا گیا۔

2015 میں میاں نواز شریف کی اہلیہ کو تقریبا 7 لاکھ 73 ہزار روپے سے زائد کی جیولری تحفوں میں ملی جسے انہوں نے1 لاکھ 30 ہزار روپے سے زائد کی ادائیگی پر اپنے پاس رکھ لیا۔
2016 میں نواز شریف کی اہلیہ کو 5کروڑ43لاکھ سے زائد کی جیولری ملی جسے 1 کروڑ 8 لاکھ سے زائد کی ادئیگی پر اپنے پاس رکھا گیا۔

سابق وزیراعظم عمران خان کو 2018 میں 10 کروڑ سے زائدکے تحائف ملے، ان تحائف میں ایک ساڑھے 8 کروڑ کی گھڑی بھی شامل تھی، عمران خان نے یہ تمام تحائف2 کروڑ1 لاکھ 78 ہزار روپے کی ادائیگی پر اپنے پاس رکھا۔

صدر مملکت ڈاکٹر عارف علوی کو2018 میں پونے دو کروڑ کی گھڑی، قرآن پاک اور دیگر تحائف ملے ، انہوں نے صرف قرآن پاک اپنے پاس رکھ کر باقی تحائف توشہ خانہ میں جمع کروادیئے ، اسی طرح عارف علوی کی اہلیہ کو ملنے والے59 لاکھ روپے مالیت کےتحائف بھی توشہ خانہ میں جمع کروادیئے گئے۔

سابق صدر مملکت کو 2009 میں ایک بی ایم ڈبلیو گاڑی ملی جسے انہوں نے40 لاکھ روپے کی ادائیگی کے بعد اپنے پاس رکھ لیا، گاڑی کی مالیت2 کروڑ73لاکھ39ہزار سے زائد ظاہر کی گئی۔

سابق وزیراعظم شاہد خاقان عباسی کی اہلیہ کو 2017 میں ملنے والی 9 کروڑ 99لاکھ84 ہزار مالیت کی جیولری رولز کےمطابق 1کروڑ99لاکھ90ہزار 80 روپے کی ادائیگی کرکے اپنے پاس رکھ لیا گیا۔

In another new revelation, PTI chief Imran Khan violated the Toshakhana rules of purchasing gifts which were amended under his own government, Geo News reported.
The law was first amended by the former prime minister during his tenure, as the purchasing price was raised to 50% from 20%. However, Khan did not 50% amount of the original price and bought it by paying 20% of the amount.
The PTI chairman bought the gifts given by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman by paying 20% of its price when he was to pay 50% of the amount.
The PTI government changed the Toshakhana rules on December 18, 2018, changing the amount from 20% to 50%.


However, 35 days after changing the law, the PTI government bought the Toshakhana gift given by the Saudi crown prince on January 22, 2019, by paying only 20% of the amount.
According to Geo News, Khan claimed of selling the wristwatch for over Rs50 million and made a payment of Rs20 million to Toshakhana the day when the watch was sold.
This factor brings two things to light — whether Khan sold the gift for Rs51 million in the market before taking it from Toshakhana for Rs20 million or someone else had deposited the Rs20 million in Toshakhana on behalf of the former premier.
