no doubt few seats results are shocking, in my city Islamabad we all voted pti along with each and everyone we know, but obviously we did not go in the outskirts and rural type localities but Shaob Shaheen looked like would win

Nice try buddy. You can't eliminate 1lakh or 80,000 votes lead by outskirts plus remember provisional results were announced AFTER signed form 45 were released so counting has concluded. PTI based IND are in lead but they have blatantly robbed PTI of 80 to 90 seats (handed it to PPP + PML N) which is basically robbing PTI majority.
