He started too many public service utlities such as Panah Gaah etc.
Peshawar BRT, although took time to finish but it continues to get awards as a sustainable transport , unlike the white elephants like Orange train by Shahbaz which are a re burden on the country.

Covid is a poor execuse. In fact loans were put on hold for 1.5 years which was biggest advantage. Imagine you don't have to pay loans for 1.5 years; this will be a comfortable position for any government as one third of budget goes to re-pay old loans. Covid caused problems for common man not government. When Nawaz started government in 2013, it was 18 hours load shedding and atleast one bomb blast every week. These were bigger excuses but PMLN never used them as an excuse instead they resolve both these issues before end of their term. They started CPEC which Khan put on back burner. These three are biggest achievement. In addition to that thousands of kilometer motorways, two metro bus, one metro train, universities, hospitals and many more. Khan has only health card which was only premimum paid by government. Khan government took 73% of entire 70% loan by Pakistan and where did that money go?

I don't rememeber specific situation at that time but typically short fall was 6000 MV and PMLN added over 12,000 MV electricity in the system. Sometime government don't generate full capacity electricity to control payements to electricity companies; I think that was the case at that time.
