جاوید چوہدری کے مطابق یہ فیصلہ ریاست نے عدالتی کاروائیوں سے بچنے اور ضمانتوں کے پیش نظر کیا ہے، شیخ رشید، صداقت عباسی، عثمان ڈار کو اسلئے کسی عدالت میں پیش نہیں کیا گیا۔
جس کو جب مرضی ہے اٹھا لو غائب کر دو عدالتوں میں پیش نہ کرو

few Youthia Judges both in Supreme Court & Lahore High Court were more interested in their after 5PM sex life then actually upholding the law. Hence, state had no option but to find an alternative to these Youthia Judges, CJLHC and ex CJSCP
