عمران خان کی جانب سے سائفر مقدمے کے اخراج کے لیے سپریم کورٹ میں درخواست دائر کردی گئی

عمران خان کے وکیل اعجاز بٹر نے کہا کہ عمران خان صاحب کی جانب سے سائفر مقدمے کے اخراج کے لیے سپریم کورٹ میں درخواست دائر کردی گئی ہے اور ہماری درخواست پر کسی اعتراض کے بغیر نمبر بھی لگا دیا گیا ہے۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ انشاء اللّٰہ امید ہے سپریم کورٹ یہ بے بنیاد اور فرضی کیس خارج کرے گی۔

واضح رہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائیکورٹ پہلے ہی یہ درخواست خارج کرچکی ہے۔​

He is quite a junior lawyer, I am sure someone else will be representing IK, but the chances are that the case will be thrown in the cold storage like PTI's other cases or a bench of ham khyal judges will be made dismiss it.
