سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ آنے کے بعد وزیراعظم عمران خان کا پہلا ٹویٹ

وزیراعظم عمران خان نے سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے پر ردعمل دیتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ میں آخری لمحے اور آخری گیند تک مقابلہ کروں گا۔

مائیکروبلاگنگ ویب سائٹ ٹویٹر پر اپنے بیان میں وزیراعظم عمران خان کا کہنا تھا کہ قوم کیلئے میرا پیغام ہے کہ میں ہمیشہ پاکستان کیلئے لڑا ہوں، میں کل شام قوم سے خطاب بھی کروں گا۔

انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ موجودہ صورتحال پر مشاورت کیلئے وفاقی کابینہ اور پارلیمانی پارٹی کا اجلاس کل طلب کرلیا ہے۔

واضح رہے کہ سپریم کورٹ آف پاکستان کے پانچ رکنی بینچ نے چیف جسٹس عمر عطا بندیال کی سبراہی میں قومی اسمبلی کے ڈپٹی اسپیکر کی عدم اعتماد کو مسترد کرنے سے متعلق رولنگ پر از خود نوٹس کیس کی سماعت کے بعد آج متفقہ فیصلہ سنایا ہے۔

فیصلے میں اسپیکر کی رولنگ کو کالعدم قرار دیتے ہوئے اس کے بعد وزیراعظم کی جانب سے اسمبلی تحلیل کیلئےجانے کے فیصلے کو بھی کالعدم قرار دیدیا گیا ہے ، عدالت نے وفاقی حکومت، کابینہ اور قومی اسمبلی کو بحال کرتے ہوئے عدم اعتماد کی تحریک پر ہفتہ کی صبح 10 بجے ووٹنگ کروانے کی ہدایات جاری کردی ہیں ۔
