سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے سے حکومت کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں، اعظم نذیر تارڑ

وفاقی وزیر قانون سینیٹر اعظم نذیر تارڑ نے کہا ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے سے حکومت کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں۔

مخصوص نشستوں سے متعلق سپریم کورٹ کے فیصلے پر اعظم نذیر تارڑ نے کہا کہ ہمارے پاس اب بھی 209 اراکین کی اکثریت ہے، فیصلہ ابھی پورا نہیں دیکھا۔

اعظم نذیر تارڑ نے کہا کہ حکومت نظرثانی کی درخواست دائر کرے گی یا نہیں یہ ابھی نہیں بتا سکتا۔

واضح رہے کہ سپریم کورٹ نے سنی اتحاد کونسل کی مخصوص نشستوں سے متعلق درخواست پر محفوظ فیصلہ سناتے ہوئے الیکشن کمیشن اور پشاور ہائیکورٹ کے فیصلے کالعدم قرار دے دیے ہیں۔

پشاور ہائیکورٹ اور الیکشن کمیشن کا فیصلہ کالعدم قرار دے کر مخصوص نشستیں پی ٹی آئی کو دینے کا حکم دیا گیا ہے۔

This is a cynical view.The judges gave the right verdict.ECP colluded with army generals to exclude the biggest party from elections and install a puppet government which suits the generals.
