It was of public importance when it started therefore it was televised. Once Khan joined the case, it was not of public importance....lol. Another joke from this joker Faiz Isa was that he didn't even take arguments for or against televising the case from KPK counsel so he doesn't even know what their reasoning could be. 3rdly, IK didn't even utter a word before Faiz Isa made his decision. Therefore, he cannot use statements made after the decision as legal reasoning for not allowing it to be televised.
