IMF loan approval is a gateway for.credit rating firms to give a country breathing space.
What this means is that even with an IMF loan, Pakistan will remain a pariah because of it's comedic elections.

They don’t need a degree in political science to conclude elections were rigged.Many countries including UK,US,EU,Australia etc have raised concerns.International media and observers also think elections were rigged.Pakistan media and political parties also believe elections were rigged.The biggest proof is the results on forms p-45 don’t tally with consolidated results on form p-47.It is fair to conclude rlections were rigged.Moody’s is saying what everyone else is saying.
