Bull shit, Shahbaz Gull's own theory. Khan is still asset of establishment and in their back up alternative to current set up. The time will come when Khan will be brought in government again but we are far from that time now. Yes, establishment would love if Khan agrees to make PM someone else in his own party but establishment knows that he will not do that. In fact this offer is long sitting for Khan to make someone else PM like Shah Mahmood Qureshi and sit in the back seat. If Khan were agreed then in 2024 election it was easier for establishment to go with this set up.
