Well if a former PM can be disqualified fir life when he has not declared a salary he never took then this is much larger issue. The issue was whether to penalize him or not. Case was registered by election commision as they have not got this amount in declared money. It is very simple like that. Khan is a big name therefore it require a lot of clrearences before putting him in jail. The case wasn't registered by the Election Commission, it was registered by the Generals because they feel humiliated as Kaptaan has exposed them as crooks. The Election Commission is a front for the mafia, its job was to hold elections and it took orders from the mafia and refused to hold them as they would get smashed by even PTI lamposts.
