What I can see is, when we lost blood and person is on his bed and wants to say something, it is more likely that his lips and mouth will get dry.
That is why he said "mera moun gila kro", because he was finding difficult to speak with full voice and as we can clearly see faisal moved wet cotton on his lips only. Second, evidence is, when he started speaking he has power in voice but gradually his voice started to get weak and he stopped gathered saliva and started again.

And when kaptaan said, "faisal ko frame mai lao"... was because, he always give credits to people around him not like other leaders. He wanted his fans to know that he is in safe hands of qualified doctor and CEO of Shaukat Khanam.

I think that doing GT Road rally while the leader was in ICU would not have been a wise decision.Moreover, the extremely powerful video message that IK gave from ICU has more than compensated for the last two days.Now, PTI will end its election campaign at high note in D-Chowk Islamabad in the night of 9th May.Imran will address that Jalsa through video link.Now, it's upto the people of Pakistan whether they vote for change or they have decided to be robbed off whatever they are left in them.One can't do more than whatever IK has done.Dilon ko phairna sirf Allah kay hath mein hai.
