جب ایسے ایسے چمن چوتیے جج ہونگے تو عدالتی نظام ۱۳۹ویں نمبر پر نہیں تو کیا پہلے نمبر ہوگا؟
تمام عدالتیں ختم کر کے عوام کا ٹیکس کا پیسہ بچایا جائے، اسکی جگہ لوگ اپنی مدد آپ کے تحت جرگہ لگا لیا کریں، بہتر انصاف مل جائےگا

It’s not Judge’s responsibility to think if his verdict would be implemented or not.
A judgement has to be passed purely on the merit of the case.m according to the law and constitution
This is the universal standard of fair Trial and Judgment.

like I said, his job is not to act “Clever”, but just pass the judgement purely on the basis of merit.
This country’s main problem is that everyone try to act “Clever” and in reaction actually “f#{<“ the whole system.
Not a single institution is functioning according to its defined role but they continue to act “Clever”
A country can only be functional when every institution just pay attention to its role and do not pay attention to what is the outcome of their actions.
