But connect the dots...... Kazi has already put on the bench for hearing on Monday this 61-F review petition which was rotting in the cold storage for the last 2 1/2 years. Speaker has had already sent directions to CEC to look the other way on 8 judges judgement as assembly has already passed a new law which denies PTI as a parliamentary party and in compliance to this new law he should put all the 80+ MNA's of PTI in Sunni Ittehad Council, which essentially means PTI stands wiped out from the incumbent NA. Since SIC did not file for the special seats, so now they will not given any of them. Now EC is on its way to reallocate those seats to the chors on the direction of the speaker. Because of CEC's compliance action chors numbers will rise to 222 just 2 short of required 224 to get 2/3rd majority. Additionally, EC has restarted to hear PTI's intra-party elections petition and now perhaps fixed for decision on Oct 2 or 6.
As an accomplice with all this in mind Kazi will declare Justice Muneeb Akhter's judgment on 61-F null and void..... so the chors will manage not only 2 but many members to cross the floor. The number of senators of chors will also shoot up after getting special seats and the floor crossing will happen there as well.

Keep in mind on Kazi's behest his poodle that registrar SC has already denied yesterday to even entertain PTI's petition to STOP the govt to bring any amendment to the constitution and the same was returned.

Next step.... after attaining 2/3rd majority they will again table that infamous 26th amendment in the constitution on the floors of both NA and Senate. Since they will have 2/3rd in both the houses therefore, the motion will sail thru smoothly and will be adopted without any obstacle. Dakoo sitting in the President House will give it his assent in next 10 minutes and within an hour after that the gazette notification will issued regarding this new 26th amendment. Once gazette notification is issued then whatever rolla rappa or petitions brought by the PTI lawyers, Gen and chors will never budge an inch. At best they will say take your petition to the constitutional court and in this CC Kazi will be sitting there as Chief Justice of Pakistan to welcome them.

In view of all this, my concerns are not unfounded...... unless a miracle happens.
