My assessment is that the allocation of reserved seat to other parties will be nullified by the majority ruling of the bench.

Since Sunni ittehad council had not taken part in election as a party nor submitted reserved seats list, the seats cannot be allocated to SIC or PTI likewise.

But a additional note from Athar & others against election commission is also expected which will open doors for process starting over again, making possibility of PTI getting those seats.
