That is what it seems like what their plan is.

Americans had long wanted a military leadership that would completely back their interests (i.e. bowing to Indian influence in the region, acceptance of Israel). It looks like they got what they needed.

And I would think that change in the policy could possibly bring in investments from the Middle East, which would enable NS to sell to the public that they have improved the economy. So, hope is all lost on those two fronts (Kashmir and Palestine) from Pakistan’s perspective for being the leader to take care of its brothers outside of its borders. PML and PPP supporters will eventually begin to support NS’ narrative.

That is exactly the point here…but the policy makers are too dumb or shortsighted or greedy, in either case they can’t think through properly. The root cause of the problem is not Israel or anything, it is the incompetence of the country’s policymakers who do not have a vision of their own.
