This scumbag Sikandar was brought back from retirement by the Pakistani Establishment to spearhead the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). In Pakistan, Establishment is the euphemism for the Army, because the Army can not be called out without some serious repercussions.

Prior to the elections, Scumbag Sikander took away the symbol of Pakistan-Tahreek-Insaaf (PTI) party of Imran Khan. This was designed to confuse the electorate and was masterminded by Bajwa himself. Then he denied the party status to PTI party, so their candidates could neither stand for the party nor use its symbols. Nevertheless, party candidates stood for the election as independents and won with resounding majority. Not satisfied with the result, his office at his direction falsified the entire vote tally using fabricated Form 47, thus denying victory for PTI party. The election rigging has been confirmed throughout the world and many prominent voices have spoken, this includes U.S. Senators, International Civil Society advocates and many other international organizations.

This scumbag sikandar is just a symbol of election rigging. That's it!
