Actually terminology is different in all systems of life and system of rules....

It is the mutual respect of the society ...that we trust at some one to solve the problems of nation... and that person does his job with honesty...

In civilized nation the word , ruler or king is obsolete .... it is job , and service......

Our for Khlifas started this job first time in the wold And then king Muavia was forces on them

Unfortunately muslims of today r so backward that they select king and then we cry during his cruel kingdom.
