Why?
Is it not a "National Security" threat anymore?
It was definitely a "National Security" directive, but against People of Pakistan. X was only blocked because Establishment, primarily Military, had to MANAGE election results via Form 47. Entire country's cellular network was shut down in February 2024 elections just to ensure flow of information is managed by them.
