علی ظفر نے بتایا کہ جی بلکل ایسا ہی ہے، ہمارے سامنے کچھ مسائل تھے، انتخابی نشان نہیں تھا اور انٹر پارٹی انتخابات بھی کالعدم ہوئے تھے جس پر جسٹس ارشد نے ریمارکس دیئے کہ جب سپریم کورٹ کا فیصلہ آیا تو آپ کے پاس وقت تھا، انٹرا پارٹی انتخابات کروا سکتے تھے، آپ نے جو فیصلے دئیے اس میں پی ٹی آئی کا کیس مضبوط ہے، مگر سنی اتحاد کونسل نے تو الیکشن ہی نہیں لڑا۔​

But PTI seats kisi aur ko dena bhi Kisi Ayen ur EC ke Qanoon mein nahi likha ur na hi aisi koi misal majood ha..SC ko ab iss legal point ko discuss Karna ho ga.Kiyo ke ye mess SC ki wajah se paida howa.

ساری بات اب ڈیٹیلڈ آرڈر آنے پر معلوم ہو گی . میرا گمان ہے کہ ہائی کورٹ سے جیورسڈکشن کے باعث خارج ہوئی ہو گی . اب معاملہ سپریم کورٹ میں جائے گا وہاں اب دو باتیں ہوں گی
اول: بینچ بنانے والی ٣ ممبرز کمیٹی میں قاضی کے ساتھ منصور شاہ اور منیب اختر ہونگے لہٰذا بینچ قاضی کی مرضی کا نہیں بن سکے گا
دوئم: ہائی کورٹ کا بینچ پانچ ممبرز پر مبنی تھا . لامحالہ سپریم کورٹ کا بینچ زیادہ امکان ہے کہ طاق نمبرز کے حساب سے سات رکنی یا نو رکنی بنے گا
اس دلچسپ صورتحال پر انگریزی کا معقولہ یاد آ گیا

I agree with both your points. Adjustment with MWM could have helped PTI getting those seats, as MWM did manage to win at least one seat on the party ticket. Even better, they could have done adjustment with JI.

Yeah the issue might end up in SC. While there is no precedent of seats being allocated to other parties, there is still a slim chance for PTI as the seats cannot legally be allocated to PTI. And if the seats are not allocated to other parties, the lower house will remain incomplete.

one thing is very clear, PTI legal team is weak and not fit for the purpose.
Their opinion was taken before joining Suni Ittehad. They should have guided the leadership properly in the light of the election rules and laws. They failed to do so.
Their efforts in the release of IK are also very clear to all of us. They are just wasting time, while IK sits in the jail.
